St Helens Borough Council are undertaking a soft market test to identify the interest of providers to work in collaboration with the Council to deliver Care Services to Children in residential homes in the borough. At this stage the Council is only asking for statements of interests in order to invite providers to individual meetings to help inform the specification and / or procurement exercise.
