To clean and make repairs to the cladding of high rise blocks at the following address

1. Address: 3No High Rise Blocks Meadow Avenue West Bromwich West Midlands B71 3EF

A contractor will be appointed to clean and make repairs as per the attached specification and must be in a position to start work on the project week commencing the 12th September 2016, all work to be completed by the end of February 2017.

Contractor to negotiate with Wetherby to ensure render guarantees are maintained. Wetherby are to agree with all materials to be supplied by contractor and sequence of works (method statements will be required) this includes the use of any jet washers, types of cleaners, paints and sealers. All protection to be of existing windows, brickwork, balconies, roofs etc. to be provided by contractor.

Contractor to inform residents when works are to commence and any requirements they expect from the residents in order to complete the works.

All work to comply with current health and safety regulations.
