Supply and install Kitchens and Bathroom to various properties within the London Borough of Harrow. The programme has been split geographically across Harrow into 2 separate lots as follows:
| Lot 1: | 58 kitchens, 42 bathrooms |
| Lot 2: | 75 kitchens, 62 bathrooms |
Lot 1 has an estimated value of approx. £450k and Lot 2 has an estimated value of approx. £550k. Tenderers can bid for all 2 lots however; tenderers can only be awarded a maximum of 1 lot.
