The Contract Award criteria will be based on the lowest priced commercially and technically compliant bid with price judged by cylinder, rent per day, delivery and any other attributable charges, across the above range of gaseous products based on estimated annual usage. This is a sample only, for evaluation purposes and it is not to be assumed that the Authority would order this exact volume. Any questions which are indicated as Mandatory in the subsequent Tender documentation and are answered 'NO' will be deemed as technically non-compliant and therefore unacceptable.
