Luminate Education Group - Keighley Star Centre Refurbishment

Luminate Education Group and Keighley College are looking to engage a supplier for a refurbishment of the old star centre to create a new learning/communal/study place for the HE students. This will include opening up the old space walk area for students to relax, the inclusion of new partitions/acoustic ceilings/flooring for an area for students to study and a new teaching space. Included in the works will be M&E refurbishment of the area.

IT works will be being undertaken to supply suitable data provisions to the new space however this shall not form part of the works, instead a further contractor shall undertake the IT fit out of the space. While this may require an already engaged contractor to access the site while the awarded supplier is completing refurbishment this management shall be conducted by Luminate Education Group, Keighley College and Leeds City College directly.
