It is the client's intention to undertake works to both Respond and Lavender Court. The works comprise:
- Remodelling of 2 Bungalows to create 2 self-contained flats and 10 bedrooms with disabled en-suite facilities.
- Revised kitchen, laundry and communal spaces
- Revised heating and electrical layout
- Provision of new fire alarm and associated fittings
- Options for assisted technology
- Division of external spaces
- New storage units externally
- Future proofing of building for all types of users with learning and physical disabilities.
