The MHRA has identified a need for the provision of an Enterprise Architecture service to assure the delivery of digital and operational transformation business-as-usual activities and projects.
The service will aim to deliver the following outcomes:
| • | Return EA to providing an assurance role, rather than design |
| • | Challenge and drive MHRA and its suppliers to make the right architectural decisions |
| • | Ensure key architectural decisions are fully explored, documented and delivered |
| • | Get ahead of the portfolio and focus on guiding projects |
| • | Provide a fully managed service, with no key person dependencies |
| • | Ensure MHRA knowledge repositories are current, accessible and used |
| • | Ensure stakeholders are informed and on-board with technology strategy |
| • | Bring new ideas based on our experience of what works |
