The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the internal alterations to the reception area and refurbishment of the existing staff room at the Beecroft Gallery, Southend on Sea. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Pro-Contract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk.
