F13830 DES Special Allocation Scheme - NHS Portsmouth CCG

NHS Portsmouth CCG is seeking to re-procure the DES Special Allocation Scheme for its registered patients.

Key objective:

• To deliver a Special Allocation Scheme, to ensure that there are sufficient arrangements in place to provide primary medical services to patients who have been subject to immediate removal from a patient list of a primary medical services contractor because of an act or threat of violence.

The timeframe for submission of bids is very tight, therefore you are advised to access the documents as soon as possible - interested parties will need to access the eTendering portal being used for this procurement:

Providers will need to register (free of charge) on the In-Tend portal. If you are already registered on the portal, login as usual and go to step 6 below, otherwise:

1. Click the "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page,.
2. Enter your correct business and user details.
3. Note the email address chosen and Click "Register My Company" when complete.
4. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure)
5. Login to the portal with the username/password; you will be prompted to change your password on first login.
6. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" button on the main toolbar and choose 'Current'
7. Scroll through the opportunities and select tender with the following reference 'F13830'.
8. Scroll down and click on the 'View Details' button, before scrolling down to click the 'Express Interest' button. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" again and choose 'My Tenders', to view the specification and access the response documents to submit your bid by the specified closing date.
