The London Waste and Recycling Board, as part of a joint project with the Greater London Authority is seeking a contractor to provide technical assistance in the development of guidance and refinement of criteria for circular economy and sharing economy statements which would be completed by developers as part of spatial planning requirements for major developments as set out in the draft London Plan.
