The County Council is in the process of undertaking an exercise to commission Mental Health Rehabilitation Services.
Prior to the commencement of a procurement, we wish to consult key stakeholders about the key elements of our plans. All responses received as part of this consultation will be considered as we finalise our approach to commissioning the service. The consultation can be accessed at this web link: https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=147281034718 and responses need to be received by 3rd October 2016.
Further to this and as part of the LCC Consultation, the Contract Management Team is holding a session to look at the KPIs and have a discussion with Providers to look at how these can be best developed.
The session will look at those KPI's which are currently identified in the Consultation. We would like to invite you to have the option to join this session, if you think that you would be able to offer a positive input into the KPI development we will be holding a workshop on Friday 16th only at 14:00 in Cabinet Room D - The Henry Bolingbroke Room. Spaces will be limited, therefore if you are interested please contact the ContractMgmt.care@lancashire.gov.uk mailbox as soon as possible. If you are not able to attend the session, this does not preclude you from providing feedback by using the link above.

May we also take this opportunity to make you aware of an additional consultation process being undertaken by Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit and the following invitation is included within this notice on their behalf.
The 8 Clinical Commissioning Groups within Lancashire are in the process of undertaking a major exercise to commission Independent Sector Mental Health Hospital (ISMH) services as part of a wider MH Recovery and Rehab pathway. Prior to the commencement of a procurement, we wish to consult key stakeholders about the key elements of our plans.
We would welcome a response from your organisation. All responses received as part of this consultation will be considered as we finalise our approach to commissioning the ISMH service framework.

The next stage of the consultation will be a provider event planned for the morning of the 21st October 2016.
