Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking to Establish a Flexible Purchasing Framework for Liverpool Schools Outreach Services under the Light Touch Regime using the principles of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Under this we are looking to appoint service providers to provide Liverpool schools with Outreach Services for Special Educational and Disability Needs (SEND). This is available all Liverpool Schools that fall under the Liverpool City Region combined authority and who are Listed on the Education database; a full list of which can be found here: https://get-information-schools.service.gov.uk/
This Flexible Purchasing System will services under the following Categories
- Cognition and Learning
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties
- Communication and Interaction
- Sensory and/or physical needs
This agreement will act as a marketplace for schools to procure these services and develop the local provider market for both organisations and self-employed qualified professionals within the region.
