The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier who can provide a comprehensive practice management software package to support the administrative needs of the service. The software will need to include the following features:
| • | A secure electronic patient record |
| • | Functionality to support appointment scheduling for multiple services and consultants |
| • | Data collection including but not limited to patient information and referral sources |
| • | Direct patient communication through email and text |
| • | Billing linkage to our outsourced billing provider |
| • | Multiple secure logins for consultants and administration staff |
| • | Integration with payments, prescription delivery services, pathology results, dictation and transcription |
