North Lincolnshire Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to help it determine the best way todeliver a Needle exchange and supervised consumption service to support the effective delivery of SubstanceMisuse Services and improve outcomes and value for money. The deadline for the submission of RFI responses is 12noon 19 February 2016.
