Quotations are invited from organisations to provide an insight tool, which is able to quickly analyse and benchmark the findings of Sandwell MBC's employee engagement survey against public and private sector organisations in the UK. Management reports to provide key insights about the results of the survey and a key driver analysis to highlight which survey questions have had the biggest impact on engagement. Details of the exact requirements are discussed in greater detail in this document.
