External Lottery Manager

Liverpool City Council is seeking tender responses from established and experienced External Lottery Managers (ELM) to operate an online Liverpool City Lottery on behalf of the Council. The aim of the online lottery is to raise funds for local charities which will benefit the most vulnerable sectors of the community. Through the Mayor's Hope Fund, a registered charity, proceeds from the lottery will be channelled to good causes. The agreement will be for a 1 year initial term with two optional 12 month extensions at the sole discretion of the Council.
