L24036-T-CL - Refurbishment of Hangars 60 and 127

We are looking to refurbish two airport hangars (H60 and H127) in order to bring these back into operational use for lease to new tenants. There are currently three hangars (H9, H60 and H127) which are linked together but will be separated into three independent hangars; this work currently includes the fit out for H60 and H127 only and excludes any fit out works for H9. The fit-out work will include reinstating the external walls and separating all M&E services.

Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.

Please note you must express an interest through this portal in order to be attached to the tender project.
