2022_DEP - Data Governance and Management and Quality Strategy

We are looking for a supplier to support the British Council to meet the following desired state:

A global framework to assess British Council current data plans, then diving deep into a quality assessment of the most important data sources (select minimum 1 from the British Council business units like English, Exams, Customer, Digital and Technology). The purpose of this exercise is:

• Definition of what good looks like for the most important data sources with a glossary which includes quality metrics and dimension. This will be agreed with business stakeholders
• Practical assessment of data quality of the most relevant fields in the most important data sources. This will be presented in a visual and actionable manner
• Based on the previous point, create an initial data governance framework and establishing a proof-of-concept project to implement it, iterating along the way. This will be the foundation for British Council further projects in the matter
• Reflects 'one British Council' and supports our organisational culture and brand.
• Reduces risk from inaccurate, poor-quality data and presents a single source of truth for policies and info

Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.

Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and 'means of proof' will be required. These conditions are outlined in the RFP.
