Hybridisation Station - Future Opportunity

This is not an invitation to bid. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to invite organisations to participate in market engagement and confirm their interest

The University of Portsmouth is considering a purchase of a microarray hybridisation station, This is needed for the processing of standard format slides with commonly used aqueous buffers.

We are asking interested parties to express an interest and then provide details of their product range ( not price) Depending on the level of interest received within this notice period, we may then either invite the interested parties to tender or consider a negotiated process.

Minimum specification:

Minimum capacity of 4 standard pattern 75 x 25 mm slides.

Availability of various slide chamber configurations with low hybridisation volumes, Temperature control

flow rate - washing 10 ml/min per slide or greater

Variable mode liquid agitation modes, plus no agitation on slide nitrogen drying

software windows 10 based

user friendly GUI

Ability to store and re run methods
