The undertaking of independent viability assessment reviews:

LOT 1 - The undertaking of an independent Viability Assessment Review of a Financial Viability Report submitted pursuant to planning application reference CB/23/01790/FULL for the Erection of 33 dwellings and all associated works at: Land West of The White Horse, High Street, Arlesey, SG15 6TA. The development site forms part of a wider allocated site in the development plan.

LOT 2 - The undertaking of an independent Viability Assessment Review of a Financial Viability Report submitted pursuant to planning application reference CB/22/03061/FULL for the Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 28 residential units with associated access, parking, and landscaping.

Return of Tender - Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 23/08/2023. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
