Together Housing Association - Banks Edge Shop Refurbishment - AWARD

It is the intention of Together Housing Association to form an agreement with an organisation to undertake the refurbishment of Banks Edge Shop in accordance with Together Housings scope of work, specification and bill of quantities attached.

We wish to invite all organisations small and large to price for the works accordingly.

The scope of work includes: Reinstatement of universal shop area, Removal of all appliances, Asbestos removal, Replacement of PCVu Windows and external door replacement, Reinstatement electrical supplies, Re-commissioning of electrical water heaters and electrical heaters, Shutters maintenance check. Electrical installation and condition check, screeding, Kitchen unit replacement, Wc replacement. Tile, floor and wall replacement and floating ceiling work. Replacement of internal doors and installation of fire doors an certification. Plastering plasterboard and wall finishes including decoration.

Checking of existing fascia and soffits, external rainwater goods.

THA reserve the right to ask the awarded bidder to quote for any further refurbishment works, that are similar to those within the attached scope of work and scheduled rates, up to the value of £200,000, and within 12 month period. As per tender exercise and value for money being achieved
