- Worcestershire Regulatory Services, (WRS), hosted by Bromsgrove District Council is the shared service that manages the work regarding ‘Dogs’ traditionally regarded as “the Dog Warden Service” for a number of Local Authorities; and are seeking to appoint providers of kennelling (primarily for) stray dogs. This is pursuant to the obligations placed on local authorities under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
