Catering Services for High Schools

Provision of Catering Services for Knutsford Multi-Academy Trust, Middlewich High School, Poynton High School and Wilmslow High Schools, a single provider will be required to contract directly with all 4 schools. Contractor to provide breakfast, mid-day service, mid-am snacks for the staff & students

Additional information: This procurement exercise will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council's electronic Contract and Tender Management System at the www.the-chest.org.uk. Organisations wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and provide additional procurement-specific information through the Contract and Tender Management System.

The Council notes that the award of the contract may involve a transfer of employment undertakings pursuant to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, and will clarify the position with the applicants during the tender process.

Tenderers must successfully pass all sections within the Supplier Questionnaire within the tender documents before being evaluated further.

The organisation should hold as a minimum the following insurance levels or be able to provide with their response, a written statement advising that should they be awarded the contract they will have the required levels of insurance in place for the commencement of the contract.
