This tender is to place a contract for a specialist organisation to undertake a comprehensive review/audit of historic utility accounts, with the aim of negotiating the return of overpayments made historically on a no win/no fee basis. The comprehensive review is on the Worcestershire County Council corporate sites but would like to also offer the service to all maintained schools under Worcestershire County Council.
