RMBC -AD Runnymede Borough Council Social Housing Development - Cherrywood Avenue and Ilex Close phase I & II - AWARD

Runnymede Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest for a Social Housing Development as follows:

The works are located in three discrete and separate sites located in Englefield Green, Surrey and comprise of:-

The demolition of existing garages and the erection of four 2 bed semi-detached dwellings each with two parking spaces provided with 6 other parking spaces and associated landscaping; on land, currently garages, between Nos 35 and 57 Cherrywood Avenue, Egham, TW20 0TE (Cherrywood Avenue)

The demolition of existing garages and the erection of two 2 bed semi-detached houses and one 2 bed detached house with 9 parking spaces and associated landscaping, on land, currently garages to rear of 2 Ilex Close and 63 Elmbank Avenue, Egham, TW20 0TE (Ilex Close I)

The demolition of existing garages and the erection of three 2 bed terraced houses and two 1 bed flats with 6 parking spaces, on land, currently garages, to the North of 22 Ilex Close, Egham, TW20 0TH (Ilex Close II)

The works will be procured under a JCT Design and Build Contract (DB), 2011 Edition, incorporating Amendment 1, March 2015 together with the Public Sector Supplement 2011, Fair Payment and Transparency amendments only.

RBC have appointed MEA Ltd as Employer's Agent for the main contract works
