Ipswich Borough Council is inviting Tenders for comprehensive disabled adaptions to a bungalow located at 7 Wren Avenue, Ipswich. The works will consist of the erection of an extension to form a new kitchen; internal modifications to form a new bedroom; the re-location of an existing gas combination boiler; extending the central heating, electrical and plumbing supplies to the new kitchen and disabled adaptations to the existing bathroom. The property contains asbestos, for which an asbestos survey report for the property is provided.
