Provision of Patient Staff Survey & Friends Family Test
The Trust is looking to procure services that ensure it meets requirements in relation to:
- oPatient Friends and Family Test (FFT) data collection, analysis and reporting requirements according to national guidance
- oNational mandatory patient surveys according to the National Survey guidance published by the Coordination Centre for the NHS patient survey programme
