There are two folders PQQ stage and ITT stage. Only complete and submit the PQQ stage folder. The ITT stage folder is for information only and not to be completed at this point. If successful at the PQQ stage you will be invited to the ITT stage.

Please note the closing date for your PQQ return is 12 noon on 19 January 2016.

Please also note that our University will be closed from 12 noon Thursday 24th December and will reopen on Monday 4th January 2016. Any queries received during this period will be responded to upon our return.

Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects.

Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. Please see paragraph 1.11 of the PQQ document for further information.

Delivery Notes

The contract will be to appoint a Supplier to work in close relation to our University to:

• a)supply sports kit and leisurewear: provides sports

kits and leisure wear goods to students, coaching staff

and wider staff population including individual team

clothing item replacement;

• b)provide a web based ordering platform and full end

to end sales support service;

c)support and development of the "ARU Sport" brand

and market the achievements of its teams through the

University and wider community
