Arnold Leisure Centre CLASP Works

Gedling Borough Council is inviting suitably qualified contractors to tender for the provision of steel pillar repair works on columns highlighted in the Structural Engineers report attached to this ITT at a traditional CLASP built building, Arnold Leisure Centre. The works can be done during the day from 6.30am, but the leisure centre needs to be open to the public for swimming lessons and the theatre every evening from 4pm (Mon-Friday) and open as normal during the weekend (Sat & Sun). Failure to hand the site over to the Authority each evening and weekend will be considered to be breach of contract. The works are expected to last for between 6-8 weeks.
