Provision of stand build for SIAL 2016 & 2018 (France)

SIAL is a biennial event held in October (2016 & 2018) in Paris. AHDB are looking for a sole supplier to deliver services covering stand design and build, stand graphic design and production, and audio-visual and equipment hire. The scope of this procurement does not include exhibition space as it is not open to competition. All suppliers must show understanding of the task, whilst showing innovation and creativity, they must show an ability to liaise with other suppliers and co-exhibitors, and their proposals must be cost affective. Suppliers must be fluent in English and French, there will be scoring based on a video conference call to assess the degree of language skills, the use of interpreters will not be permitted. The PQQ will be used to shortlist to approx. 5 suppliers to be taken through to the ITT stage.

Responding to the tender - Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the ‘Submit Response’ button at the top of the page.
