The works comprise of:
- Pollard and removing basal suckers of 5 x lime trees.
- Demolish, by hand (retaining bricks) boundary wall, re-build wall incorporating wall lights. -To repair drains on drive and car park area. (MetroRod preferred contractor)
- Refinish driveway and car park area.
- Replace boundary feather board fence and gate.
