Six Hills Court, Stevenage, External Improvement Works

The Contracting Authority (here the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex) is seeking to procure a Contractor to undertake external works at Six Hills Court, Stevenage. The external works comprise improvements to the rear car park, fencing improvements, drainage alterations and installation of a bike store.

The terms and conditions of the proposed contract will based on the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract.
