25. bed spaces of supported accommodation across three premises in Hammersmith and Fulham, with 24hr cover. The services are for single homeless people with a range of complex needs. Services will support people with medium to high needs to develop independent living skills.

Single Homeless Supported Accommodation Service: Lillie Road and Talgarth Road

This event is for providers interested in delivering housing support services for Single Homeless Residents with Complex Needs in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

10am - 12pm Monday 16 October 2017 Committee Room 1, Hammersmith Town Hall King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU

The purpose of the event is to tell you about our procurement plan for Lillie and Talgarth Road services and to gain your feedback.

At the event you will have the opportunity to:

• Find out more about the services in scope.
• Gain information on the procurement process and anticipated timelines.
• Gain an understanding of the Council's homelessness prevention strategy.
• Obtain an overview of the key areas in the draft service specification and share your views.
• Contribute to our thinking on how we can support Single Homeless Residents with Complex Needs.
• Discuss some of the upcoming challenges facing your organisation.
• Share your experiences and expertise.
• Meet with commissioners from Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
• Ask questions regarding the above.
