NWB - Construction of a DFG Extension

Quotation Narrative

North Warwickshire Borough Council as the contracting authority would like to invite quotations from contractors or sole traders to carry out the following works:

• Construction of a DFG Extension to the rear of the property at 15 Eastlang Road CV7 8ER to include the fitting of disabled adaptations both internally and externally.

The Contractor is required to complete a Schedule of Works by providing rates, quantities and prices using the information provided in the descriptive element of the Schedule and the Quotation Documents.

To assist the contractor to price for the work, NWBC has provided the Schedule of Works in both Portable Document File (PDF) and Excel formats.

Quotations submitted by Company or Sole Trader must be duly completed in accordance with Quotation Documents. Failure to do so may result in the quotation being withdrawn by NWBC.

The Closing date is 19th September 2016 at 16:00.
