Car Park Remedial Works - Farlington Marshes North and IKB External

Portsmouth City Council, 'the Authority', is inviting quotes from suitably qualified civils contractors to deliver remedial works at Farlington Marshes North car park and Isambard Kingdom Brunel (IKB) car park no later than 30th March 2018.

The Authority is seeking separate quotes and contracts for each site but contractors may submit a discounted price if both contracts were to be awarded to the same contractor.

Works will include but may not be limited to:

• oExcavation
• oPothole surface repair
• oDrainage works, including filter drains
• oLining
• oSurface overlay
• oCarriageway reconstruction

There is a strict completion and invoice date for both contracts of 30th March 2018.

These contracts are for one-off remedial works at the sites and will cease once the works are complete. A defects period, however, will be applied for one [1] year after the completion dates.

The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
