The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is looking for a Law Society Regulated and SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) service provider (herein after referred to as the ?supplier?) to carry out a fully managed enforcement service on behalf of the Council in respect of unpaid Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates and Sundry Debtors plus any other debts due to the Council as quickly and efficiently as possible in both the County Court and High Court. In addition, any successful supplier will be required to supply legal advice and instruct Counsel in relation to any of the aforementioned.
