Nottinghamshire County Council as Waste Disposal Authority (WDA) is seeking to make arrangements for a contractor to receive, treat and dispose of approximately 70 tonnes of Clinical Waste collected by the district and borough councils (Waste Collection Authority or WCA) within Nottinghamshire per year.
