The requirement is to undertake SCANNER (Surface Condition Assessment of the National Network of Roads) surveys on Classified Roads in the West Midlands to monitor the condition of road surfaces and to supply data including stats for the annual KPI's.
Surveys must be conducted using appropriate equipment which has currently valid Accreditation Certificates.
