GB-Derby: DH20000 - Derby Arena Lighting System

NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 September 2020 for the following reason: Extension to the closing date from 28/09/2020 to 14/10/2020. The estimated start date of the contract has also been adjusted to reflect this change.(This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who are able to provide:

• the annual servicing of the lighting system at Derby Arena
• a responsive repairs service for the lighting system on an as and when required or scheduled basis.

The Contract will be in place for a period of 2 years

The Contract may be extended for a further two periods of 2 years ONLY at the discretion of The Employer.

The contract will have a maximum term of 6 years

The Employer requires a Contractor to provide two site visits a year to verify the correct operation of the lighting control system and the system components.

The Employer requires a Contractor to provide a responsive repairs service and be able to attend within:

• 2 working days
• 24 hours (inclusive of weekends and bank holidays)

Please note:- This is to attend and The Employer does not expect the repairs to necessarily be completed within those time frames.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
