Provision of mediation services to NHS Resolution for the resolution of disputes arising from personal injury and clinical negligence incidents and/or claims and the resolution of disputes arising from claims for legal costs

NHS Resolution (NHS R) ,formerly NHS Litigation Authority, an arm's length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, will be holding a MS Teams presentation to brief interested parties regarding a forthcoming tender at 14:00 on Wednesday the 24th April 2024.

The open tender will be for a four year contract for the provision of mediation services to NHS R for the resolution of disputes arising from personal injury and clinical negligence incidents and/or claims and the resolution of disputes arising from claims for legal costs.

Details of the scope of services, and the requirements to meet these will be briefed during the presentation - with an opportunity to post supplementary questions following the session.
