NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group ("NHS Oldham CCG") wish to establish a contract for the provision of Combined Community Anti-coagulation, Blood and LTBI screening service.
The service will consist of three elements:
| • | An all age phlebotomy service, accessible from primary care and 7-day services, which will provide community-based clinics in multiple Oldham locations and offer blood taking services at home for house bound/ clinically indicated patients. |
| • | A community based anti-coagulation management service, designed to directly support patients on warfarin therapy as well as clinicians managing patients in primary care on DOACs |
| • | Delivery of the national Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) screening programme for Oldham, working locally to the national specification. |
Oldham Council is running this procurement exercise on behalf of NHS Oldham CCG who is the 'Contracting Authority'.
