Rate of Pay: Band F (?16.06 - ?18.32 ph to worker)

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Location: Borough of Sandwell

Contract type: Temporary for 3 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a temporary EHCP officer to join one of our Area Teams. You will be part of a team who maintain high standards of professional practice whilst also working in the best interests of children and young adults.

You will be responsible for the statutory processes which will include coordinating annual reviews, writing and updating plans and ensuring that outcomes are set that focus on Preparation for Adulthood.

We are looking for an individual who has:

• oExcellent Communication Skills.
• oExcellent planning & organisation skills.
• oAn ability to work to deadlines.
• oA Good working knowledge of SEND and relevant legislation.
• oAn understanding of the nature and importance of co-production and partnership working.
