Pressure Pads The University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) is establishing a Flood Resilience Innovation Centre (FLIC) in the Humber Region. FLIC will provide bespoke research and collaborative innovation services to 100 local SMEs, including 54 detailed R&D project interventions, to support the development of innovative products, processes and solutions to mitigate flood risk and improve resilience and response to flood events where complete flood prevention is impossible.
