EHC 0623 Provision of Electric Vehicle Chargers concession contract

East Herts Council wishes to procure the installation and management of e-vehicle charge points on publicly-owned land in East Hertfordshire in order increase the opportunities for residents and visitors to charge their e-vehicles in the district. This will be a concession contract let an established provider in the market to develop a minimum of 60 charge points across the district over the next 3 years. The expectation is that the contractor WILL NOT require any capital investment from East Herts Council at any time during the lifetime of the contract . The contractor WILL NOT require any revenue investment from East Herts Council at any point during the lifetime of the contract. The contractor WILL provide East Herts Council with a revenue stream Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
