Mobile Food Concession, Ferry Road, Eastney, Portsmouth

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to pitch on Council land at Ferry Road, Eastney, Portsmouth which suppliers can use for the sale of a variety of hot and cold snacks and drunks from a mobile catering kiosk of van.

The Council is seeking to award a 5 year lease. The lease will not include an automatic right to renew.

The Council is seeking bids that offer a guaranteed income in excess of £2,400 per annum. Please note there will also be additional, one-off fees in the region of £700.

The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
