National Savings and Investment (NS&I) is an Executive Agency of the Chancellor of the Exchequer and one of the UK's largest retail savings organisations.

NS&I is seeking the services of an external agency that is able to provide detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on product accounts in the UK retail financial savings market to assist NS&I in its product development and pricing decisions. Also, to acquire expert insight and knowledge into the products and services of NS&I's retail financial services competitors.

Additional information: The figure of £62,000 entered in the lowest contract value field in section 1 is an estimate of the total contract value based on an agreement, renewable annually, over a period of three years.
