description
Surrey County Council is working in partnership with the Surrey Skills Leadership Forum to provide a strategic vision for the skills system in Surrey. It has representative members from business, providers, inclusion, local authority and LEPs. The Forum was established in December 2021, with focus on developing and overseeing the implementation of a Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Surrey. The research outlined in this RFQ will form a critical part of the evidence that will underpin the LSIP, particularly in terms of growth sector demand for employment and skills development.
Hunger for Skills - An Economic Framework for Demand in Surrey. The scope of this commission is to research and develop a framework for future skills demand, within Surrey's growth sectors, in collaboration with local employers and industry experts.
