Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service invite suitable, qualified and experienced Contractors to carry out Roof Repairs including new insulation and waterproofing at Ross on Wye Fire Station Gloucester Road Ross on Wye Herefordshire HR9 7NJ

Contractors submitting a quotation for these works must be Bauder Ltd. Roofing Approved contractors.

The works are to supply and install a new flat roof felt system as specified with insulation. Existing falls to be maintained. This will entail completely stripping off the existing felt and any insulation. Prepare the substrate. Supply and install new flat roof system. Alterations as necessary to rain water drainage and flashing details to upstands, increase upstands, roof penetrations and perimeter trims.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

The works to commence on Monday 11th January 2021 and to be fully completed by Friday 19th February 2021.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
