Project & Flexible Resource

The requirement is for a supplier to provide the VTF team with project management resources as well as flexible resources for the VTF, BEIS and DHSC. The successful supplier must be able to:

• Demonstrate pharmaceutical industry background/knowledge or parallel industry expertise
• Demonstrate proven expertise in flexible project management

The aim of the contract is to provide BEIS, the VTF and DHSC with a contract which includes a mix of project delivery roles.

The supplier must ensure that the resource(s) it first proposes to fulfil the Authority's requirements for a particular work package have the necessary skills and experience to fulfil those requirements in the most efficient and effective manner and which should include the following to the appropriate level for the role being filled:

• Experience working in highly complex and technical environments
• Planning
• Business analysis
• Facilitation
• Risk management
• Commercial awareness
• Financial awareness
• Benefits management
• Information/knowledge management/transfer
• Project management qualifications preferred
• Pharmaceutical industry background/knowledge or parallel industry expertise.
• The resources will require valid security clearance (SC)
