The primary scope of the service provision is to provide a kennelling service for stray dogs both in working hours and out of hours pursuant to the Council's duty under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The kennelling service will encompass receiving stray dogs both from the Council's wardens and members of the public and ensure that they are boarded for 7 calendar days or until they are reclaimed by their owners.
